Una lezione di Iyengar Yoga è bastata per comprendere come e dove canalizzare tali interessi. Diplomata in Scultura presso l’Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma, da sempre appassionata alla forma del corpo e dei suoi movimenti, lavoro come scultrice nell’ambito della scenografia teatrale e cinematografica. In 2005 inizio la mia pratica presso lo studio di Fulvia Fedrigo e Manrico Grandolini, da subito trovo giovamento agli inevitabili fastidi a schiena e spalle che il mio lavoro comporta, e al ginocchio, operato alcuni anni prima per un incidente sportivo. Da allora non ho più abbandonato la pratica; grazie allo sprone di una delle insegnanti che ho seguito negli anni successivi, Lorena Campo, partecipo alle Convention del 2014 and 2016, oltre a seminari e corsi intensivi di Gabriella Giubilaro, Emilia Pagani, David Meloni, Eyal Shifroni, Stephanie Quirk, LoisSteinberg, Deborah Ralls, Abhijata Iyengar. In 2017 inizio il corso di formazione Iyengar Yoga Teacher Certified – Introductory II (attuale Level 1) con Ute Merkert. Dal 2019 al 2023 insegno presso il Centro Iyengar Yoga Il Cristallo di Caterina De Paola. Partecipo regolarmente alle lezioni di Rosa Vuerich e seminari con insegnanti qualificati.
